Termite Services - Termite Real Estate Transaction Inspections

We are now offering WDO reports for real estate transactions, commonly referred to as Termite Inspections.

Often it is the lender who requires this inspection be done before "closing" to ensure the home is free of termites. Unless negotiated differently, the buyer usually pays the fee.

This inspection can easily be combined with a Home Inspection for your convenience and at a discounted rate.

For our current Termite customers, we suspect the lender will accept our last annual inspection report, especially since our Warranty is transferable to the buyer.

We have many buyers transferring the warranty into their names immediately after purchasing the home, showing that termite protection is an important element to their buying decision.
