Dean's Termite and Pest Control - Trained Staff

Having a well trained staff ensures that our customers receive the most effective pest control techniques and that our technicians are knowledgeable in the proper use of pest control products.      Our technician training is far above state requirements. The State of Florida requires 5 days training. However, here at DEAN'S, we train our termite & pest control technicians between 30 & 60 days depending on the assignment.      We encourage all of our technicians to become Certified by the State of Florida (a 3 year process) and we even pay for their first state exam.      Our on-going training includes: State Certified Continuing Education, technical courses from Purdue University on Integrated Pest Management, Termite Control and control of other wood destroying organisms.
