James Shead - Termite Manager

Before moving to Florida, James operated his own pest control company in Philadelphia. There he began his career in the pest industry in 1996, receiving licensing for commercial, residential, and termite pest control.

James started with DEAN'S in January of 2002 as a sales representative and was later promoted to assistant sales manager.

 In the spring of 2004, he took the lead in developing relationships with builders for termite pre-treats on new construction. In the interim, he has assisted in the lawn, shrub, residential, and commercial pest control departments.

Currently James is managing the termite pre-treat department.
